Maybe there is hope for the future...

There are some neat pictures and a short video at the Blue Origin public web site. This is the vertical take off / vertical landing sub-orbital space ship that Jeff Bezos (of Amazon.com fame) is building. This is the kind of technology that can really get us into Space! As cool as Rutan's Space Ship One was, I still see it as kind of a stunt. This vertical take off / vertical landing technology has real potential for scaling up to be true orbital spaceships.
