Iowa caucus reaction

My mood has been up and down over the day. It was kind of distressing to see Mike Huckabee win in Iowa. I guess his winning and keeping the race in turmoil until later in the month is good for my favorite candidate, Rudy Giuliani. Still, it is disturbing to see a bible-thumping populist like Huckabee (on Hugh Hewitt's show today, Larry Kudlow said he is a modern-day William Jennings Bryan and I pretty much agree with that) gain such a big bump. I sure hope he gets a smack-down in the New Hampshire primary. I'd still rather see Giuliani over Romney, but I'd rather see Romney over pretty much any of the others. Oy!
