Thomas Sowell warns of impending tyranny

Thomas Sowell has a good column pointing out how the President's forcing BP to pony up $20 Billion to a fund was completely unconstitutional and, indeed, indicative of something a tyrant would do. He cites other trends that also follow that general proposition.

On that same idea, today Hugh Hewitt was talking on his radio show about a story that the Obama administration is prepared to issue a fiat that companies have to be prepared to grant family leave to gay couples. Regardless of whether that is a good thing for companies to do, the President just does not have that authority. We had better check this President's power ASAP or it might just be too late.
