Strong-arming CO2 emission standards

David Harsanyi of the Denver Post has a good column talking about how the Obama adminstration is preparing to strong-arm CO2 emissions standards into reality one way or another. Be it via cap and tax legislation or via EPA regulation... its really quite disgusting when you thing about it.
