Obama administration "misled public" on oil drilling ban... imagine that!

The judge who ruled today that the Obama administration couldn't stop deepwater drilling indefinitely said also that the administration "misled the public" by misrepresenting the opinions of experts on the matter. The Obama administration misleading the public? Who could imagine such a thing!
