Floyd Landis has been framed

I've got to tell you that I'm 90% sure that Floyd Landis, winner of this year's Tour de France, has been framed. You know, you just KNOW, that the French hate, just HATE, that another American won the Tour de France. So, I've got to believe that they found some way to spike his blood samples. There is probably no way that this could ever be proven, but I believe the son of Mennonite parents over Frenchies any day of the week.
