George Will on why the developing world won't jump on the limiting carbon emissions bandwagon

George Will has a good column about how China, India and other developing countries are not joining with the U.S. and Europe on limits of carbon emissions. As I blogged a couple of days ago, India recently rebuffed Hillary Clinton on this topic. Of course, the developing countries would prefer economic growth to taking nonsensical steps to limit a chimerical threat. As Will puts it:

"Actually, the problem, for people who think it is a problem, is that the 5 billion in the developing world are behaving in a new way. After centuries of exclusion from economic growth, they are enjoying it, which is tiresome to would-be climate fixers in already prosperous nations."
