NASA Watch says Ares I and maybe Ares V are dead

I'm not sure where he's getting his info, but Keith Cowing of NASA Watch says that the planned Ares I and (probably) the planned Ares V heavy lift launch vehicle, programs which were started under former NASA Administrator Mike Griffin are probably going to be canceled programs. Cowing says that there could still be a program for a shuttle-derived heavy lift launch vehicle and that NASA will be turning to commercial firms for access to Low Earth Orbit and the International Space Station... a bigger role for the private sector would definitely be a good thing.
