Climate-gate travesty from Penn State

Penn State has completed a completely farcical investigation into climate scientist Michael Mann, a key figure in the University of East Anglia "Climate-gate" e-mails. The panel that was supposed to investigate his clear abuses of the scientific method and clear lack of scientific integrity has instead cleared him of all but one minor charge. This is a disgrace.
