The Left is smearing Ken Buck

Apparently the Dems are trying to paint Ken Buck as being pro date rape because he didn't prosecute a man accused of date rape. This article explains why he didn't seek to prosecute him. That doesn't make him pro- date rape. I mean really... is there no depth that these so-called "progressives" won't stoop to to smear a good man?
