France caves in... what a big surprise!

Well, over the weekend France and the U.S. came up with a draft U.N. resolution for a cease-fire between Israel and Hezbollah. That draft would have allowed Israeli troops to stay in southern Lebanon until an international peace keeping force could be constituted. Of course, the Arab League didn't like that provision. They put pressure on France to get them to withdraw their support for that provision and... the unthinkable happened... France caved in to pressure! Imagine that!
