NASA taking a chance on new launch companies

I just saw this story on NASA awarding a contract for International Space Station cargo duty to SpaceX and Orbital Sciences Corp. This is very good news since these companies will do things differently, and hopefully more cost efficiently, than the old giants such as Lockheed Martin. Now they (SpaceX and OSC) just need to get their bigger launch vehicles going!
