Charles Krauthammer on the potential Caroline Kennedy senate appointment

Charles Krauthammer has a great take on all the talk about Caroline Kennedy maybe being appointed to Hillary Clinton's senate seat. He also points out, and I didn't know this, that apparently some guy is being appointed to Biden's seat with the understanding that in two year's he'll step aside so that Biden's son can run. You've got to be kidding me!
