Planet discovered circling a red dwarf star that is just 1.4 times the mass of Earth

There is a really interesting story here about a previously discovered exo-planet (a planet circling another star) which further analysis has shown to be just 1.4 times the mass of Earth. So if you were in pretty good shape you'd be able to walk around there without getting crushed. However, the star that it is circling is a red dwarf and even though it is at approximately the same orbital distance as Venus, it would likely be too cold to support life. Astronomers are discovering more exo-planets all the time and their detection methods are getting more and more sensitive. Sooner or later, they are bound to discover an Earth-sized planet in the right type of orbit around the right type of star... that will be a discovery for the ages.
