Tom Tancredo, please go away!

Someone needs to get some kind of constricting shrink wrap to constrain Tom Tancredo's ballooning ego. I just about drove off the road when I heard that Tancredo is trying to get on the November ballot as the gubernatorial candidate of the American Constitution Party. This is wrong in just so many ways:

1) If he is successful in getting on the ballot, Tancredo will only succeed in splitting the Republican vote and will ensure that Hickenlooper is elected governor.

2) Although we might wish that the bizarre, over-the-top things that he will undoubtedly say won't be linked back to legitimate Republican candidates, let's face it... they will be.

If he gets on the ballot, Tancredo will be an embarrassment to Republicans in general and Conservatives in particular. Please, Tom... just go away!
